June 4, 2014 + some more from before

Pam Olson popped in to show us her new OUT OF THE BOX embroidery - she was gone too quickly for me to get a photo  - bring them next time, please.

Margaret brought fabric she had stained with purple iris flowers - lovely.

Nancy Welch, teaches Pounded Flowers for the UW Minicourses - hadn't tried iris - we're looking forward to what Margaret will do it.    Nancy made a Watermelon.

Margaret finished her piece Keep Calm - Dive In.

Ann's working on Be Ye Kind  something her wonderful Mom, Marge says.

Brenna's It Took a Long Time to Find the Words

A look inside First Drawing: Genesis of Visual Thinking

Laurie's done ALOT more on the Lunch Cloth she's finishing - She'll give it to her Mom who has alot of company.

Here's the full title of the book Maureen brought  - NOTE the colored tabs - she marked the stitches she liked with those plastic sticky tabs.

She was working on this spiral of fragments under netting last week.

This week she's working on a lovely design from a Klimt painting.

Pamela N's mark- making, drawn, printed and stitiched

Peggy's stained glass style applique, & she brought another one this week.

I think it was Joan who brought this tiny stitchery book given to her by her Mom.
who signed it with the comment --  All she'd ever need to know.
